Updating your billing info

Overview

To update your OVIAH subscription payment method, go to Business Settings in your dashboard — billing is managed through Stripe and changes take effect on the next cycle.

Viewing your current plan

Your current plan (Studio or Studio Pro) and active add-on modules are visible in your dashboard. The Add-on Settings tab shows which modules are enabled, and the sidebar displays your account info.

To see your plan's included limits — SMS count, email count, and available features — refer to the Plans and pricing article or check your dashboard settings.

Updating your payment method

Your OVIAH subscription is billed monthly. To update the credit card or payment method on file for your subscription, go to Business Settings in your dashboard. Your billing is managed securely through Stripe — OVIAH doesn't store your card details directly.

Upgrading or changing plans

To upgrade from Studio to Studio Pro, look for the upgrade option in your dashboard settings. The change takes effect immediately — you'll get instant access to SMS reminders, waitlist, chat, and all Studio Pro features. Your billing adjusts on the next cycle.
