Setting up your OVIAH account

Overview
To set up your OVIAH account, add your services in Services & Pricing, upload a profile photo in Business Settings, and connect a payment provider in Payments — takes about 15 minutes.
Before you begin
Getting set up takes about 15 minutes. You'll want to have your service menu ready (names, prices, and durations), a profile photo, and your bank account details handy for connecting your payment provider — OVIAH works with both Stripe and Square.
Step-by-step setup

Add your services
Go to Services & Pricing in your dashboard and click Add Service. Enter the name, price, duration, and category. You can also create add-on services that clients can bundle with a main service — like a deep conditioning treatment added to a haircut.

Set your availability
Under Availability & Hours, configure your working days, start and end times, slot duration, and buffer time between appointments. You can set a max number of bookings per day and choose whether clients book on a rolling window (e.g. 30 days out) or on a monthly release schedule.

Personalize your profile
Add your business name, tagline, bio, and profile photo under Business Settings. Use the page builder to set your brand colors, fonts, and section layout. Your booking page lives at [yourname].oviah.me and it's already live — make it yours.

Connect your payment provider
Head to Payments and connect either Stripe or Square through a secure OAuth flow. You'll use your own account — OVIAH doesn't hold your funds. Once connected, you can start collecting deposits and processing payments immediately.

Share your booking link
Drop your [yourname].oviah.me link in your Instagram bio, send it to clients, or add it to your linktree. You're live from the moment your account is created — clients can book 24/7.
Tip
Turn on deposit requirements before sharing your link. Requiring even a small deposit ($20–$25) dramatically reduces no-shows and sets a professional tone from the first booking. You can set a fixed amount or a percentage of the service price.
What happens next
Once your profile is set up, clients can book directly from your page 24/7. You'll get an email and in-app notification for every new booking. Your calendar updates in real time, and appointment reminders go out to clients automatically based on your automation settings.
