Adding a profile photo
Overview
To add a profile photo in OVIAH, go to Business Settings, click the photo upload area, and select a square image — it appears in your booking page header alongside your business name.
Why it matters
A profile photo or logo is the first thing clients see on your booking page. It builds trust instantly — people are more likely to book with someone they can see. If you're a solo practitioner, use a professional headshot. If you're a brand, use your logo.
How to upload

Go to Business Settings
Open Business Settings from the Settings menu in your dashboard.

Upload your image
Click the photo/logo upload area and select an image from your device. Use a square image for best results — it will be displayed as a circle or rounded shape depending on your page layout.

Save and preview
Save your settings and visit your booking page to see how it looks. Your photo appears in the header section alongside your business name and tagline.
Use the same photo across your booking page, Instagram, and any other platforms where clients find you. Consistency helps people recognize you instantly and builds confidence that they've found the right person.
Logo in the page builder
You can also add a logo through the page builder for more control over placement and sizing. The page builder logo appears in your page header and can be styled to match your overall theme. This is separate from the profile photo in Business Settings — you can use both.
